Bret Michaels’ rep is none too pleased with the producers of the Tony Awards after this past weekend’s mishap when the rocker was struck by a piece of scenery, fracturing his nose. Tony organizers said he “missed his mark” but according to Rolling Stone, Bret’s spokesperson claims he was never told about the moving set piece and that the prop hands should’ve stopped lowering it when they saw it hit the Poison singer. The rep goes on to state that if this happened to Liza Minnelli or Dolly Parton, “the Tonys would have at least issued a letter of concern.” Bret plans to release a full statement shortly.
