Set to deliver a sun-soaked debut of Reggae-infused indie pop via Frenchkiss Records this July, Brooklyn’s Sean Bones is teasing the release with a gargantuan summer anthem called “Dancehall.”
Unveiled this morning, AOL Spinner likened it to The Police and The Clash, while RCRDLBL went for a Vampire Weekend nod and a slightly more exotic bridge to Toots & the Maytals. No matter the reference points, it’s a blinding, stomping, slide-guitaring good time, available for download below.
