Jamie Foxx’s “Blame It” featuring T-Pain moves up to five while “Gives You Hell” by The All-American Rejects slips down to six. Kelly Clarkson’s “My Life Would Suck Without You” drops to seven and Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb” grabs the number eight slot. Ciara’s “Love Sex Magic” featuring Justin Timberlake leaps to number ten, jumping up 17 spots.
