UK dance collective MDNGHT recently paid homage to one of their heroes, Michael Jackson by recording an in-studio performance of the classic hit ‘Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough.’ The track was recorded live at SSR in the band’s home town of Manchester. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that Kool & The Gang: Robert “Kool” Bell, Ronald Khalis Bell Dennis “DT” Thomas and George Brown will be honored with the 2,560th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. PDT. The star in the category of recording will be dedicated at 7065 Hollywood Boulevard next to the stars of such musicians as Dizzy Gillespie, Ray Parker Jr., The Funk Brothers, Herbie Hancock, John Denver and many others.

EASY EYES NEW VIDEO
Wisconsin’s indie/psychedelic rock group Tapebenders release their lead video “Easy Eyes” at 10am via their Youtube account. “Easy Eyes” is a spaced out soundscape with lush grooves and an array of harmonies, but still features Tapebenders signature style of layered production.
“Easy Eyes is a natural extension of our constant want to push into other realms with our music, we don’t start out trying to write a certain way or come up with a certain sound we just let the song come to us & try to form it into what it wants to be. Easy Eyes is a good example of a song taking us in a different direction that none of us even expected,” explains Andrew Foys, guitar/lead vocals.

HOME LIVES DEBUT VIDEO
Home Lives are Upstate New York rockers Mike Horgan and Brittany Cohen. After having the single premiered by Happy a couple of weeks back, the pair have just had their debut video for single Cool Waves, Young Blood premiered by The AU Review and we’re really excited to share it with you.
In true DIY nature, the unsettling (and mildly NSFW) video was directed by founding member Mike Horgan and cinematography duties were on Brittany Cohen, the other half of the duo.
