The Royal Oui (Ari Shine, Adrienne Pierce) have partnered up with Rolling Stone to premiere and offer a free download of their song “Actual Size.” The track is the B-Side from their two-song EP, Forecast, which will be released digitally on October 8 via File Under: Music and serves as a teaser for their full length which is scheduled to hit stores in February. When asked about the song, Adrienne Piece told Rolling Stone, “‘Actual Size’ started out as a moody little acoustic number, but it quickly took on a life of its own. The beats are actually created by banging on the guitar and the asymmetrical rhythms make us feel like we are in a game of double dutch.” The duo have also confirmed a run of U.S. tour dates to support the new EP, including two shows in New York during CMJ.
