Verve Records and Record Collection, today announced they have signed renowned guitarist, songwriter, and producer Blake Mills. Mills is currently in the studio putting final touches on his second full-length album, which will be released in fall of 2013. The self-produced album will be the follow up to 2010’s critically acclaimed album Break Mirrors.
“Blake Mills is the rarest of artists,” said Verve Music Group General Manager Robert Smith. “He’s a songwriter, guitar virtuoso, producer, band leader, session master, a true iconoclast and wise beyond his years.
