Nick Jaina is a writer at heart – whether it is song lyrics, stories, poems, sheet music, etc. Portland, Oregon musician Nick Jaina is set to release another stellar album in a remarkably varied career. “Primary Perception” (Out 4/16 on Fluff and Gravy Records) is the result of a winding journey from writing ballet music in Brooklyn, composing film soundtracks in Los Angeles and theatrical scores in New Orleans. He brings all of that experience and depth to this new album. Nick tours a bunch (from packed club shows to outdoor busking), and will be hitting the road around the release of “Primary Perception”.
