Photo Ops, the dream-pop project from Terry Price, is pleased to release “You Said You Were,” the 3rd single off his upcoming How To Say Goodbye LP, out February 26. The track is a standout and a beautiful example of Price’s abilities as a songwriter, from his harmonies to the evocative lyrics. Price states the track was written about a dispute with one of his friends: “A few years ago, one of my best friends called my wife a ‘bitch’ at my bachelor party. We had several fights after that but have made up since. We are still very close. This song captured that moment of pain and anger. I made sure he was cool with me saying all this :).”
