Marques Toliver is happy to announce the release of his debut album Land Of CanAan, out May 14th on Bella Union. The album is the much-anticipated follow up to his critically acclaimed Butterflies Are Not Free EP, for which the New York Times praised him for his “considerable talent,” finding the EP “promising throughout.” NPR’s World Café added that Toliver “elegantly bridges the seemingly disparate worlds of classical music and pop R&B.”
Land of CanAan will be released May 14th via Bella Union. Stay tuned for further Spring and Summer North American tour dates TBA.
