Pinback’s highly anticipated Information Retrieved is out today. To celebrate, Wired Magazine is premiering the video for the track “Sherman” at http://bit.ly/SZmN7X. The video, largely inspired by the low-budget sci-fi films of the Cold War era, was directed by Matt Hoyt without any CGI special effects.

Pinback will tour the east coast this fall before beginning a rare European tour along with bassist/vocalist Zach Smith’s critically acclaimed group Three Mile Pilot in December.
