Villagers have unveiled a mysterious new music video for “Ship of Promises,” the second single from their highly acclaimed and hauntingly beautiful debut, ‘Becoming a Jackal’ (Domino).
The kaleidoscopic video, directed by Kathryn Ferguson and cinematography by James Moriarty, depicts Villagers’ frontman Conor J. O’Brien embarking on a dreamlike journey to the sea under the spell of three translucent angels.
