Ishan is back with a new single titled “Impact” off his awaited album, “Igho.” This song is self-produced and shows Ishan taking notions from the early days of Hip Hop meshed within his own style. Impact features a dark, captivating sample loop with gritty baselines that compliment his strong delivery from verse to hook. In this hard-hitting, head-nod provoking track, Ishan details his ambitions of becoming highly regarded, as well as his drive among the trials and tribulations of making his dream happen. His newest track serves an audience from hip-hop purists to first time listeners, proven by his strategic marketing plan that has amassed over 700k views on Tiktok alone prior to the release of the song. It’s been a busy year for Modest Mouse, as they wrapped their four month long “Golden Casket Tour” in August and throughout the summer performed at a slew of iconic international festivals such as Lollapalooza Paris and Mad Cool 2022.

The David Z Foundation Brings Its Worldwide mEDley Music Program To South Africa To Record And Film Video With Cape Town Students
The David Z Foundation (DZF), which recently expanded its mEDley Music Program to schools around the world, has revealed details for its latest global initiative in South Africa. Hailing it as their most “ambitious” and “empowering” international venture to-date, DZF leaders Paulie Z and Daniel Roeder partnered with Donna Guerin at Global Lighthouse Studios to work on location with students from Gardens Commercial High School in Cape Town to record and film “Help Yourself.”
The poignant single focuses on barriers to education, mental health, and sustainable development. According to Paulie Z, the song was “important in addressing the uncertainty and doubts faced by high schooler students in South Africa regarding their futures and their potential.”

The True Faith shares “Before Now,” the fourth, and final single, from forthcoming Go To Ground LP
The True Faith consists of core members Travis Benson (vocals/guitar), Quentin Moyer (guitar) and Dylan Kotliar (bass). The band started as a solo project by Travis when he released the self-titled demo cassette, which was a darker minimal synth/industrial type sound. The demo caught the attention of à La Carte Records who approached them to release an album on the new label.

Prog metal band AVANDRA have released a video for their track “Daybreak” The song is from their album Prodigal which was released on November 18th, 2022,via Layered Reality Productions.
The band comments “Daybreak is the epic closer of the album. It is the end of the hero’s journey, where love and a desire to rebuild the past becomes more important than hatred and a desire to hunt down those who took it away. It is more important to rebuild one’s home than to tear another one’s down.”

Colectiva are on a mission. After releasing their debut single in 2021, the collective have emerged as one of London’s most exciting new jazz ensembles. Affectionately dubbing their style jazz-tropicaliente they play a stew of Afro-Latin rhythms inspired by salsa and jazz big bands of the 50s through to the 70s. With a DIY spirit and fluid formation – their arsenal of women instrumentalists can range from a five to an eight-piece band and beyond – they are passionate about community and representation. This much is clear on their latest single, “How Do You Like Your Ladies?”, an anthemic party-starter embodying female rage.
