Kelly Clarkson has announced a world tour for 2010. The outing kicks off in Dublin, Ireland on February 5th and continues through April, covering 26 cities in the U-K, Europe, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia. Clarkson will perform Stateside at the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino in Connecticut on Friday.
