A man was arrested for stalking Miley Cyrus, but then let free due to jail overcrowding in Georgia. According to the New York Daily News, Mark McLeod’s whereabouts are currently unknown and Disney studio execs are concerned that McLeod could possibly harm the starlet. They have alerted Los Angeles police of his arrest and release in Georgia. According to TMZ.com, McLeod told Georgia police that Cyrus sends him “secret messages” through her TV show Hannah Montana. He saw Cyrus in concert in Orlando last year, was at a book signing in New York City back in March and was arrested in Georgia, when approaching the set of her upcoming movie The Last Song. He told police that he will be with Miley and that no one can keep them apart.
