Local Al & Mummypowder share video – “Seisot laiturilla”
A cultural adventure between local neighbours that began during the lockdown in Helsinki is set to continue in time for May Day. Poet and spoken word artist Harri Hertell has become a bit of a sensation during the strange times of the corona crisis, and now his poem Seisot laiturilla (“You’re Standing on the Dock”) is being put to music in the form of a love song by Local Al and Mummypowder.

Billboard Premieres Sawyer Fredericks’ New Album, Flowers For You, Available on May 1, 2020
As with his last album, Hide Your Ghost, Fredericks wrote all the songs on this album, but FFY includes two co-writes, one written with his band. “The goal of this album for me was I wanted to feature the band more,” Fredericks tells Gary Graff of Billboard. “This time I wanted to get more rock tunes out there and show some of my blues roots. It conveys a little more how we perform when we’re live. We have a lot of rockin’ tunes when we’re live.”
