Post-genre art and music visionary Poppy has shared a video for “Sit / Stay,” the sixth single from her latest album I Disagree. The self-directed video is a visually arresting vignette set in medical isolation, where sonography and mind control measures cause Poppy to become disorientated as she battles through padded cells, under control of an unidentified source. The clip was directed by Poppy (with Aiden Ulrich as director of photography), edited by Garrett Nicholson, and produced by Psycho Films.

Today, Empty Country, the newest project of Cymbals Eat Guitars’ Joseph D’Agostino, released their self-titled LP, Empty Country Via Get Better Records. Empty Country is DAgostino’s fifth full-length album and the first outside Cymbals Eat Guitars. Pavey Ark’s debut album “Close Your Eyes and Think of Nothing” out today
