Jadu Heart share “Whitefang” via Adult Swim Singles
Adult Swim Singles have teamed with masked UK alternative-pop duo Jadu Heart for the 50th installment of the current program. “Whitefang” sets airy synth lines and arpeggiated guitars amid a pulsing syncopated beat, as a yearning for emotional requital unfolds atop it all. The song exists as part of the narrative world that Alex and Diva have crafted as the backdrop of Jadu Heart- the two perform in hand-made masks as their semi-fictional counterparts Dina and Faro, utilizing the lens of storytelling and disguise uncover deeper truths about themselves. “This song wasn’t really going to be on the record but then we started playing it live and it became almost everyone’s favourite live track,” the duo state of the new single. “We use it to finish sets as there’s a serious emotion to it when it builds up and the real only time we shout on stage.” The song offers an exhilarating preview of the young duo’s debut album Melt Away, set for release on August 16.

RYNX RELEASES NEW TRACK “ALL FOR YOU” FEATURING KIESZA
Rynx’s latest single “All For You” featuring Kiesza is out TODAY. Hear more about the poppy dance track below:
“I’ve been working on the instrumental portion of all “All for You” for quite some time, it’s actually been over a year now. It was one of those ongoing projects that evolved from many different versions. I wanted to create an electronic dance track that featured samples of my own guitar riffs and leads. It kinda has an 80s vibe because of the synth arp and guitar, however, the track also has a modern feel because of the drums and vocal chops in the drop. For a while, the song didn’t have any vocals. Having Kiesza sing on the track was really unexpected. We met through mutual friends. One night we were all hanging out at the studio and Kiesza just casually laid down some fire melodies for “All For You”. She came back the next week to write and record the rest of the vocals, and then I spent the next few months tightening up the production. The “you-ooo-ooo-ooo” part that she does right before the drop was one of those magic first takes which was sampled to make the drop vocal chop lead that you hear in the song now. Big thanks to my production partner Dan Braunstein for helping me come up with that catchy melody.” – Rynx

CLITERATI: BrooklynVegan Debuts “Trans Is Beautiful” Lyric Video
Reveals CLITERATI vocalist Ami Lawless of the track, “From my earliest memories until 3rd or 4th grade. I believed I was a boy although I was AFAB. My mother, who was undocumented from Mexico living in the USA would hit me and yell at me for saying I was a boy. I believe she didn’t want to draw attention to us. It took me years to figure myself out. After having top surgery a few years back, I finally become comfortable in my own skin, for the first time in my life. I identify as trans non-binary/emby/two-spirit and my pronouns are they/them. I have quite a few friends who identify this way as well. This song is for all the kids who are still figuring themselves out… we see you and are here for you. Let your light shine.”
