Madison Abigail is a singer-songwriter, musician, and independent music artist whose thoughtful music merges poignant lyrics with a polished, genre-defying style. Writing songs that speak directly to the heart, blending elements of folk, pop, and acoustic-driven soundscapes with modern production, Madison Abigail flourishes where vulnerability meets strength.
After years of writing and performing, Madison Abigail released her self-written debut EP, Madison Abigail, in November 2023. This record commemorates the debut of her musical career, conveying an ethereal, contemplative sound and a narrative style that captivates listeners. For Madison Abigail, the release of her debut EP was far more than a career milestone—it was a dream realized.
As an undergraduate, Madison Abigail has dedicated herself to music, pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance at Meredith College. There, she made her professional debut with the North Carolina Opera in their production of Puccini’s La Bohème and performed in their 2024 production of Verdi’s Ernani. She additionally performed with the White Iris Light Opera for four consecutive years, most recently starring as Nanette in their production of No, No, Nanette. Furthermore, she performed a sophomore and junior recital, appeared as a guest soloist with the Triangle String Orchestra, traveled and performed with the Meredith College Chorale, making her debut at Carnegie Hall in 2023, and interned and performed with the North Carolina Opera Education and Outreach program. As she prepares to graduate, it’s clear that this next chapter will mark a significant milestone—not just in her education, but in her evolution as an artist.
