Four-Piece Band One Iota Release New Classic Pop Rock Single More Than This

York’s own classic pop-rock group One Iota are releasing their new single More Than This March 1st, 2024.

Inspired by Beatles style harmonies, the best of Pink Floyd’s prog, and each other, One Iota swing for the modern classic on their new single More Than This. Following on from their album recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios, the band’s new single evolves from emotive pianos, through infectiously pop vocal work, and anthemic guitar solos.

Beginning life as a three-piece Beatles tribute band (aptly named The Threetles), One Iota used the pandemic to explore wholly original work. Taking on drummer and creating new tracks, One Iota put together their 2022 album More Than You Take – a triumphant celebration of all things melodic songwriting. While inspired by the classic greats that came before them, One Iota were anything but conventional, taking to their bikes to hand deliver the record to shop owners and homes alike, as well as braving the freezing North Yorkshire moors for a stunning live video.

When One Iota aren’t busy working on their music, they can be found cycling the Scottish highlands, pub hopping, or solving a Rubix’s cube in under five minutes.

More Than This will be available across all platforms March 1st, 2024.
