The song Therapist came from a place of hurt, pain, grief and frustration. Not just from me but from what people in general deal and struggle with every day. I know the toll the loss of my mother, brother and loved ones took on me and my mental and I chose to use music as my therapy. I wanted the video to be as authentic to that and represent it as close as possible. We all either have been, or know someone who has been or is struggling, that just need to get it out and for someone to hear them. Just want to let people know that I see them, I hear them, and that I am with them.
