The hilarious sitcom lasted for seven seasons and followed the lives of Malcolm, Lois, Dewey, Reese, Hal, and Francis as they navigate issues like breakups, bullying, financial troubles.

On top of that, Malcolm is the genius of the family, and most of the time, the others expect him to solve all of their problems. The hilarious situations they got themselves in, as well as their complete disregard of authorities, inspired a great soundtrack. One example is the ‘Boss of Me’ theme song by an alternative rock band – They Might Be Giants that got a Grammy Award. Other composers that worked on the musical score are Charles Sydnor and John Flansburgh.
