Farrah faces her fears with new single ‘Night Light’
‘Night Light’ is the title track from Farrah’s debut EP which explores themes around mental health, self-acceptance, and stepping out of one’s comfort zone. Inspired quite literally by Farrah’s fear of the dark, the song encourages anyone listening to try and confront their fears and inner critics because once they do, they will see that they are just fine. After her own personal struggles with mental health, Farrah says she wanted this song to provide comfort to those who feel trapped and controlled by their thoughts, reassuring them that they can push through and the encouraging lyrics paired with HYLTON’s dreamy production really achieve this.

LOYAL LOBOS SHARES NEW SINGLE “HATE MY FACE”
After releasing her acclaimed debut album Everlasting in 2020, Loyal Lobos (aka Andrea Silva) returns with her new single “Hate My Face.” Created with her collaborator and producer Evan Voytas, the new track out today at all DSPs is a dreamy folk song with a distinct pop influence and shades of ‘90s dance music. Thematically, it explores the end of a friendship, and accepting that you may end up as a villain in the eyes of someone you were once close with. “I realized the world is full of infinite realities and finally came to peace with being the bad guy in someone else’s story,” Andrea says. “Hate My Face” is a slacker anthem for finally letting go of what others might think.

I still remember the frost bite on my fingers while typing the lyrics in my phone with no gloves. That was when I wrote the words, “Winter never ends” and Angelus’ story began to unfold. This song is about a vampire who’s been sentenced to death by execution, under the rule of a merciless king, but when things don’t go according to plan, Angelus takes matters into his own hands. Blood and destruction await the kingdom of Gander.”
