Award-winning Music Veteran Releases New Single And Video “New Mexico Way”

It doesn’t happen very often, but sometimes good songs just come together in short order. This track (“New Mexico Way”) from John Vento’s “Brick By Brick” project is an example of such magic. John had a concept for an upbeat rock-n-roll tune, and of course the perfect guy to create such a thing is David Granati. David and John were on the same wave length from the jump on “New Mexico Way”.

As Vento says, “David and I have created a ton of music together but we’ve never had something fall into place so quickly and organically. Everything David played just sounded and felt great, capturing the exact vibe that I wanted.”

Jax says: “Someone commented recently that I Don’t Care Anymore is a song about nihilistic optimism & I’d say they’re totally right. I’m saying “nothing matters, but isn’t it freeing?” It’s my way of fully accepting who I am & rejecting any standards that I’ve learned to carry. IMMORTAL GUARDIAN Unveils Video for Title Track of New Concept Album ‘Psychosomatic’

“One thing we started noticing early on at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 was the overwhelming number of friends that were getting sick only to find out they tested negative and never had the virus. Us included! There were so many moments where we were so convinced that we had covid because we felt all the symptoms and totally freaked ourselves out even though we never left our house. Just to take a test and find out we didn’t have it and even feel the symptoms disappear after 24hrs. This was happening to so many people I know and we thought it would be a very interesting topic to write about,” explains Gabriel Guardian. “This is not to take away from the seriousness of the virus and the harm it has actually done to some of our other friends and family. It’s been a very rough year for all of us… But if there was something, we noticed that did affect the majority, it was the big amounts of fear and confusion that literally made us all feel sick just from living through the experience. Our silent pandemic is psychosomatic.”

Artist: The Revenue Man – Track: Tennessee Sunset

The first thing you notice on 25 Years Behind, is Brown’s voice, solid and reassuring with a tinge of heartbreak. Perhaps, this is why at times, he claims to sound like a beardless Cody Jinks, a country Jason Mraz, and his use of the timeless phrasing of the legendary John Anderson. The next thing you will hear is, as a writer, is that Glenn knows that songwriting is all about perspective. He gives it to you in black and white with no regret or shame from all angles. But mainly from the heart.
