Atria (ex-Morningbell) video/LP Announcement

After an exhausting decade of constant recording and performing, frontman Travis Atria turned to another lifelong dream: books. In 2016, he finished Traveling Soul, the first biography of iconic soul man Curtis Mayfield (co-written with Mayfield’s son Todd), long a major influence on Atria’s music. The book received praise from Rolling Stone and Pitchfork, among others. Atria then wrote Better Days Will Come Again, the story of jazz trumpeter Arthur Briggs, who was among the greatest musicians of the Jazz Age in Paris, and who spent four years in a Nazi prison camp during WWII, where he conducted a classical orchestra of prisoners.

The official music video for “Drip,” directed by Azzie Scott, is a colorful and energetic showcase of raw talent. “Drip is such a triumphant record. Venus Furs – Watch My “New Inspiration” Video

“New Inspiration” is a late night, moody song about needing to accept that you can’t help someone who doesn’t want to be helped – watching someone go down dark or dangerous paths time and time again, trying to help them, but not being able to if they don’t want things to change themselves.

Alternative Rock Band The Nomadic Release Heartwarming New Single “Jeannie” to all digital outlets

“Jeannie was my grandmother, she was the youngest daughter in her family in Wagga Wagga, country Australia, growing up in the early 20th century! Australia was a very different country then, still growing and developing, and finding its feet as a nation. Conditions were not easy and everyone in the family had to contribute to the family. Jeannie was a very strong and stoic woman who served in the Medical Women’s Service in the Pacific during the Second World War. For 4 years she was apart from her fiancé Guy, who during that time was a POW. So she had no idea as to his whereabouts and how he was doing. I think a lot about their strength and example today, and how resilient and strong they were” says Rob Gaylard.

Eventually, their explosive live act—which has garnered the attention of audiences nationwide—will wear this new set of songs.
