Daniel explains “Nomad Blues”: This is a good song for riding a bike through a forest, when the sun is peaking through the tree branches in bright flashes. It has a nice feeling of constant movement, which is how it was named. I wrote it with my very good friend and collaborator Eric Kuhn (of Silian Rail, Erica and Erica and many more). I sent him the raw tracks to add drums, and he sent back, not only the perfectly performed drum groove, but also this hypnotic keyboard line that adds such a beautiful climax to the end of the song. I like how much patience this song demands of the listener, and we both agreed the first synth loop could last another 10 minutes and still be nice to listen to.”

Scorpio is the follow up to the group’s 2017 full-length ‘Force Field’, and their eighth studio LP overall spanning more than two decades.
