The retro camcorder footage is a pairing that only serves to enhance the nostalgic feel of the track. “SUMMER” is GARZI at his most reflective and realizing how far he’s come. “I was mad then, but I think I get it now, I’m not the only one that this world revolves around” he calls out as he considers the anger and frustration of his youth. GARZI describes the simple premise behind the video, “SUMMER was shot with my friends over several weeks on my VHS camera while we were just living life and the vibe was captured perfectly. It’s a good insight into my life and I’m excited for everyone to see!”

Adrian is a native of Memphis, TN, but resides in Minneapolis, MN. He is an active musician, producer, and songwriter. Adrian has been active in music since the age of 9, in which he co-produced the children’s album, “He’s Everywhere,” alongside his older brother, Ashley. Hip hop was incubated in the mid 70s at public spaces like “The Big Park”. A city block on Rosedale & Watson Ave, directly across the street from Bronxdale. This park hosted many of the first hip hop shows. CLEKDO was conceived by a Zulu Queen & stick up kid amidst this environment in 1980. Speaking from the 80s baby generations point of view, His 4th project, “CONCRETE SOLDIER” encompasses the perspective of a street scholar and urban survivor.

EXISTENTIAL EMPTINESS was formed in March 2018 as a way to express our most personal tastes without getting stuck in a particular style. In it, we find innately aspects of old school death metal, traditional doom metal, and we try to rescue the unique atmosphere of black metal. In EXISTENTIAL EMPTINESS, members of other bands that have been on the national circuit for a longer time and carry more experience, the bands are FUNERALIS, PULVERIZED and LUXCAELIS. During 2018 we had a hermetic continuous creative process where we let everything flow, and which ended with a work called NEVERENDING PAIN – EVERLASTING SORROW.

It is a true fact that when Dan Penn sings one of his own songs, something happens that is beyond sound. A light is turned on inside his listeners, and the world takes on an added dimension.
