ITSOKTOCRY DROPS NIGHTMARISH NEW VIDEO FOR “MOCKINGBIRDS BLEED BLACK”

Denver’s eclectic multi-talented musician ITSOKTOCRY has just dropped a feverish, nightmare fuel video for his latest single, “MOCKINGBIRDS BLEED BLACK,” from the newly released record, Destroy All Monsters!, that’s out now on Cleopatra Records.

ITSOKTOCRY plays by his own rules. On the new song, the unconventional artist bypasses all preconceived notions and standard boundaries that govern typical music. He bends and blends genres of hip-hop, metal and electronica with angst and ease as he creates a unique style of music that’s fresh and both inviting and terrifying at the same time.

WOWS great return: watch the video “Mythras”.

The Italian post metal act WOWS is back with a new album Ver Sacrum, out via Dio Drone, Shove Records, Coypu Records and Hellbones Records.

Ver Sacrum is a path through destruction, emptiness and rebirth. The whole album is mostly a studio live recording that preserves the rage and the deep emotions coming from the true core of the band. With Ver Sacrum, Wows pushes the boundaries set with the previous work AION and go further in the research of the atmospheric sound and the aggressiveness of their live performances.

Drab City Share New Track “Devil Doll”

Today new Bella Union signings Drab City, whose debut album Good Songs For Bad People will be released on June 12, 2020, are pleased to share a second track “Devil Doll”. “Devil Doll” is a slow-burning tune of smooth melancholy. A beautiful, airy vocal melody is supported by descending vibraphone chords and a solid bass line, ornamented with strings and flutes. Though a conventionally catchy and pretty song, everything feels slightly off-kilter, giving it a mildly uneasy quality. The gentle, melodic vocal is actually not, one realizes, delivering a tale of love or romance, but a tale of disappointment, betrayal, and small town hopelessness. Listen to it HERE.
