Yorkshire’s Unlikely Ensemble Beat The ‘Balancing Act’ With EP Release

Self-confessed ‘daft Yorkshiremen’, Rocketsmith are the feel-good rock-pop band you’ve been waiting for. Collectively they are consummate performers both live and in the studio but strip away the rock n roll and you’ll find Andy is an egg farmer, Hank is a painter and decorator, Anth is a tiler and Matt is an electrical engineer. It is their down-to-earth nature which helps to endear them so much to their existing fanbase, one which is set to explode with the release of Balancing Act, their EP which is being supported by live dates right up until Christmas.

Jax Jones today releases the official video for his latest single ‘Harder’ with Bebe Rexha. Comethazine Becomes a Supervillain in the “FIND HIM!” Video

With a devious grin and a talent for violent witticisms, Comethazine was born to be the bad guy. Today, Comethazine shares “FIND HIM!,” a stylish and pure-evil new music video. A sinister slapper driven by reverbed electric keys, “FIND HIM!” proves that nobody who crosses Comethazine could ever escape his grasp: “Look for his ass ’til we find him/Spotted him runnin’, just shot from behind him.” Set in a dingy and dark version of New York City, the “FIND HIM!” video shows the rapper embracing his inner supervillain, wreaking havoc around the city with his hooded henchmen. A highlight from Bawskee 3.5, Comethazine’s recently released debut album, “FIND HIM!” can be found on Spotify’s Rap Caviar playlist.

Sleater-Kinney Share “Can I Go On”

“Can I Go On” pulls the listener in with its upbeat, hooky guitar riffs and catchy chorus, but delivers a contrastingly pained message of existential despair; “Sell our rage, buy and trade, but we still cry for free every day…… maybe I’m not sure I wanna go on at all.” Carrie Brownstein (guitar/vocals) explains, “In this song, a woman’s desire is used against her, so she turns it into a sinister infectiousness. The narrator finds herself on the brink of self-annihilation, grappling with the paradox of an internal darkness at odds with the pressure to outwardly perform modes of joy, relatability, and likability.” SiriusXMU exclusively world premiered “Can I Go On” earlier today ahead of its wide release, giving fans an early preview of the band’s latest offering.

FLOR RELEASE “MONEY” OFF FORTHCOMING ALBUM LEY LINES

“There’s a theory that important places of power like Stonehenge or the Pyramids of Giza are connected by invisible lines,” shares singer/guitarist Zach Grace. “As a parallel, I needed to find my own anchor points for belief and purpose. I realized you can build those roads yourself. Friends, family, and the band are my anchors. The music comes out of the ley lines.”

Alexina forgets her ex in relatable as hell break-up anthem, “London”

Today, Alexina releases a new track and visual titled “London”. The song is a painfully relatable post-breakup anthem about ending a relationship with someone and being reminded of them in every spot you frequented together. While ceremoniously burning photographs of past lovers is a common emotional release for many, Alexina takes it to a new level in “London.” In the music video, she is seen driving around the streets of London, re-tracing her steps and visiting old jaunts as she tries to forget the scenes of a broken relationship.
