Just wanted to introduce you to Rose Villain, a new alternative electro-pop singer/songwriter from Milan, Italy, who’s now based in New York. Today, she’s sharing her debut single (along w/ its video), “Get The Fuck Out Of My Pool” (YouTube or SoundCloud), which will get an official release this Friday, July 22nd.
The single was produced by SIXPM, ex-member of the 2ndRoof production team, and the song was embellished with live drums recorded with Berbers in the Sahara Desert in Morocco earlier this year. Rose Villain’s eclectic interests inform her witty lyrics and moody vocals, infusing poetry and alt-pop sounds with an electronic slant.
