Austin-based recording artist Carrington MacDuffie has released a new, animated music video for her latest single, “My Little Guitar,” from Crush On You, her most recent EP on Pointy Head Records.
MacDuffie is not your typical Americana singer-songwriter. While comparisons have been made to Americana folk singer/songwriters, such as Neko Case, Patty Griffin, and Lucinda Williams, her live performance has been described as “alternative cabaret” and compared to Nina Hagen and Laurie Anderson.
