After performing at this year’s South By Southwest Festival, VICTORIAN HALLS have announced the release of their atmospheric sophomore album, Hyperalgesia, coming May 19th. The track “Tonight Only The Dead” is available to fans that preorder Hyperalgesia, and can also be streamed at the link below.
Headed by artistic visionary and lead vocalist/guitarist Sean Lenart, VICTORIAN HALLS made waves with their 2011 debut release Charlatan. Critics took to Charlatan and the bands abstract approach, which quickly landed the band tastemaker international recognition and a slew of diverse music placements. The new album, Hyperalgesia, contains all the hooks and harmonies associated with VICTORIAN HALLS with a more distinct and signature approach. Lenart spearheaded production duties with the assistance of Joe Chiccarelli (Beck, U2, My Morning Jacket) and Ken Sluiter (Weezer, OK Go) behind the mixing board.
