ETERNAL DEATH “VIOLENCE”

Hailing all the way from Scandinavia Eternal death are the anti-pop stars that have forged their own version of Sweden’s electro pop that is full of grit, death and sparkling pop melodies. Consisting of, singer-songwriter Elin Berlin who critics have been calling ‘a hazy, 21 year old Dolly Parton’ and producer and songwriter Johan Angergard.

The synth pop group have found previous success with their critically acclaimed debut single Head, which saw the duo gain, support from the likes of Popjustice and Indie Shuffle. Their most recent single Fade embodies the fluorescent pop tones of Robyn andgained enthusiastic support from The Line Of Best Fit. The Swedish musicians have since moved on to more traditional electro pop fare but it’s hard not to notice that there’s still an evocative undercurrent to their work.
