Tarmac Adam features Crowded House bass player, Nick Seymour and is the creation of Melbourne, Australia-based songwriter Matt O’Donnell and multi-instrumentalist Steve Paix. The quartet released their U.S. debut The History Effect this Spring and a stripped back version of the band (sans Seymour) will be doing a U.S. Promo tour starting next week.
To kick off their arrival in the States, Blurt Magazine is hosting the premiere of the clip, “Giving It Back.” The video is a colourful soul explosion where the band plays through a psychedelic kaleidoscope of floating eyes, lips, butterflies, flowers. It’s a dream journey from the past to the present.
