The Kids Like Blues Band Program uses blues music to teach kids reading, writing, math, speaking and the visual and performing arts to less advantaged kids. Founder and teacher Jon Schwartz and the Band have appeared on TV and radio and are seeking more coverage and collaboration to help fund much needed school equipment – computers and instruments.
The Band will be playing selective dates in 2013 for local schools and senior homes, as well as actively seeking media coverage and partnerships. Bring your guitar!
