WIRE: NEW SINGLE FROM FRONTIER RUCKES ON PASTE

Since their haunting 2008 debut, The Orion Songbook, Frontier Ruckus has staked a claim as chroniclers of coming-of-age songs set in the snowy Midwest, in their case the suburbs of Detroit, MI. The band’s breakthrough album, Deadmalls and Nightfalls, introduced a national audience to Matthew Milia’s personal mythology and visual, narrative songs. On January 29, 2013, the band will release the culminating chapter in their suburban memory landscape series, Eternity of Dimming, through Michigan- based indie label Quite Scientific Records (Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr., Fawn).   The album’s first single, “Careening Catalog Immemorial,” is featured today as both an album mix and “90s carpool mix” HERE.
