Oxford, UK-based quartet Jonquil has released Rush Midnight (of Twin Shadow), 100% Silk’s Fort Romeau, and Jonquil’s own Hugo Manuel (aka Chad Valley) remixes of “Mexico,” available as a free download here. The original single is taken from the band’s Point Of Go album, out now via Dovecote Records (The Futureheads, Hooray For Earth) and Blessing Force internationally. After Jonquil’s first nationwide tour this spring with Keep Shelly In Athens, including sets at SXSW ’12 and a sold-out NYC show with Snow Patrol, the band is preparing for a stretch of European dates this fall.
