Rebecca Gates + the Consortium are set to return with their first album in eleven years, The Float, out June 12 via 12XU/Parcematone. In April, Gates premiered the first single off the LP, “&&&”, featuring guest vocals from The Cribs’ Gary Jarman via Stereogum. Now Gates is offering up a second single, “Suite Sails”, which features Joanna Bolme (The Jicks/Quasi), Rebecca Cole (Wild Flag/The Minders) and Joe Adamik (Califone/Iron and Wine) and was produced by Howard Bilerman (Arcade Fire/Wolf Parade) via Prefixmag.com
