In anticipation of this self-funded album, the band released a video for its first single, “When We First Met,” which was added to mtvU first week out and has received over 100,000 Youtube views. It perfectly captures their signature mix of humor and hooks.
Would It Kill You? serves as the much-anticipated follow-up to the band’s highly successful debut, Zombies! Aliens! Vampires! Dinosaurs! The 2006 debut sold over 500,000 copies and delivered “Here (In Your Arms),” the single that sold over 1.4 million. Much of this new record focuses on letting go, accepting, and eventually celebrating the weirdness of life.
