ALO celebrates the release of Man of the World, their new album on Brushfire Records, with an extensive tour that will bring them to both coasts. Man of the World is the fourth release from ALO who are known for their hi-energy live shows.
Relix Magazine says the album “sounds more uniquely ALO than anything to come before” and calls the band “Northern California’s answer to the Beach Boys.” Real Simple Magazine explains “the surfer-style tunes are laid-back, but with jazz and funk flourishes.”
The record is receiving accolades from fans and radio stations alike. Man of the World is already in the Top 10 on the Triple A Non-Commercial Radio Charts and is receiving airplay on commercial powerhouses like KINK in Portland, OR and KBCO in Denver, CO.
Longtime friend and musical collaborator Jack Johnson produced Man of the World in Hawaii.
