The soundtrack to the blockbuster film Alvin And The Chipmunks: The Squeakquel has been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for achieving sales of 500,000 copies. This marks the seventh gold album for The Chipmunks. The smash hit album has also spent the last four weeks at #1 on the Billboard Top Soundtracks chart. The Squeakquel soundtrack is available now from Rhino at all retail outlets, including www.rhino.com, for a suggested list price of $18.98 (CD) and $9.99 (digital).
