Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the U.S.A.” tops the iTunes singles chart for the third straight week. The Black Eyed Peas hold the second spot for the third straight frame as well with “I Gotta Feeling,” which has topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart for ten straight weeks. Whitney Houston’s I Look To You was the most downloaded album on iTunes last week and is expected to top the Billboard album chart this week.
