Miley Cyrus has the number one downloaded song for the second straight week on iTunes. “Party in the U.S.A.” nabs the top spot, holding back The Black Eyed Peas’ hit “I Gotta Feeling,” which has returned the favor by holding the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, keeping Cyrus at number two for the past two weeks. Colbie Caillat’s Breakthrough scored the most downloaded album of the week, followed by Imogen Heap’s Elipse.
