Jay-Z will be filling in for the Beastie Boys at the All Points West festival in New Jersey this Friday. This is the first time in his career that the rapper will play a U-S festival. Jay is taking over the Beasties spot after MCA announced that he has cancer and would be undergoing surgery and treatments in the coming weeks.
