The Black Eyed Peas’ “I Gotta Feeling” holds onto the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.   Drake’s “Best I Ever Had” rises to number two, while the Black Eyed Peas’ “Boom Boom Pow” slips to number three, Keri Hilson’s “Knock You Down” featuring Kanye West and Ne-Yo remains at number four, and Sean Kingston’s “Fire Burning” climbs one spot to number five.   Taylor Swift’s “You Belong With Me” climbs three spots to number six, Lady GaGa’s “LoveGame” falls two slots to number seven and Pitbull’s “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)” maintains at number eight. Jeremih’s “Birthday Sex” falls two spots to number nine and Miley Cyrus’ “Hannah Montana” claims her first top 10 song on the chart with “He Could Be the One.”
