MAXWELL TOPS BILLBOARD ALBUM CHART

Maxwell tops the Billboard album chart with BLACKsummers’night selling a career-high 316-thousand copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan numbers.   The Hannah Montana 3 TV soundtrack bows at number two with the NOW 31 compilation sliding down two spots to number three. All Time Low has its best debut as Nothing Personal enters the chart at number four, while the Black Eyed Peas’ The E.N.D. holds on at number five.   Brad Paisley’s American Saturday Night falls four slots to number six and Rob Thomas’ Cradlesong also drops four spots to number seven. Taylor Swift’s Fearless climbs three slots to number eight, Eminem’s Relapse holds steady at number nine and the Jonas Brothers’ Lines, Vines and Trying Times slips two spots to number ten.
