According to Billboard.com, Kid Rock has teamed up with producer Rick Rubin for his new album and it may not come out as soon as the “All Summer Long” singer hoped. That’s because the pair want to make sure every song is great before releasing it to the world. Rock has 18 to 20 tunes ready for Rubin and the duo will go through the tracks this week. Kid Rock will use a small recording rig as he continues to tour the country. Kid says he may even perform some of the new material for fans on tour this summer.
