GosT RELEASES DIGITAL SINGLE “THE CALL OF THE FAITHFUL” FROM SKULL 2019
Last year Century Media Records welcomed the mysterious producer known as
GosT to their roster. GosT embodies the character of Baalberith on his propulsive synthwave solo project, channeling his fascination with the occult, John Carpenter and 80s slasher flicks.
As a teenager he played in metal bands, but eventually drifted toward electronic music which would later become the foundation of his powerful synthwave/retrowave sound. With its haunting atmosphere and aesthetics, influenced by the blackest corners of the metal world, his music quickly garnered GosT a loyal following within the rock and metal community worldwide. Apart from playing his own headlining tours in North America and Europe, he has performed with the likes of Black Dahlia Murder, Power Trip, Khemmis, Havok, Skeletal Remains, Carpenter Brut,and Pallbearer.

Luke Younger returns to PAN with an eight-track album of his most direct work to date. Composed alone at NO studio in the Essex countryside, to start an album with a piece called ‘Capital Crisis (New City Loop)’ seems an intentional misnomer. Long, sustained periods in the rural studio setting see Younger working with an array of fragmented, disassociated sound sources to build upon 2015’s Olympic Mess. It shares a similarly inclined vision of the urban environment, but here Chemical Flowers makes reference to paradoxical notions of authenticity and creative practice by way of questioning the structures around us. Collages are assembled and dismantled, temporal and spatial boundaries fluctuate and movement is an overarching theme.
Life At The Arcade – Fierce new single ‘Tabloids’
Originally penned in guitarist Adam Holmes’ basement in Liverpool in 2018, the finished version of the track was recorded at Liverpool’s prestigious Motor Museum, with final production added by James Mellor and mastering by Mike Cave earlier this year.

The concept for the video was developed by Lil Peep and iLoveMakonnen, when the two initially recorded the track. According to Sus Boy, “Peep wanted this video to bring people up into the clouds, into the fantastical world of his mind. Making it now, alongside Makonnen, is our way of visiting him again.” iLoveMakonnen echoed this sentiment by stating, “Peep and I wanted our music to help people escape from depression and their everyday world. Growing up in the Texas-Mexico borderland, she hopped freight trains as a teenager, met the young Townes Van Zandt and lived through a decadent period in the early seventies full of car chases, drug deals and European tours.
Her new album, Dangerous Endeavor, is set for release on May 3.
Already an acclaimed artist in Europe, De Leon once drew praise from none other than the legendary Guy Clark, who proclaimed her “a voice from Texas that does it right.”
