SHAKIRA AND WYCLEF COLLABORATE AGAIN

Shakira and Wyclef Jean have collaborated on a new song called “The Border.”   According to Rap-up.com, the tune was produced by Timbaland.   Shakira and Wyclef previously teamed up for the huge 2006 hit “Hips Don’t Lie.”
