Darian Reneé and Jskee Releases EDM Single “Just Imagine”
Boise, Idaho’s Darian Reneé is back with a new track after a long silence. This new track is a Future Bass single that is a collaboration with Utah based EDM producer Jskee. Since the track saw its release Friday on EDM JOy, the track has amassed over twelve thousand plays and continues to catch momentum.
“The best word I can think of to describe “Just Imagine” is fun! James and I got together one sunny day in Utah, we just caught up and talked about life. We showed each other a bunch of songs we were working on and musically we clicked. His brilliant brain came up with the production that would become this song. I went home to Idaho to finish the vocals; we knew we wanted to write a happy song. I’m quite the optimist and I wanted to try and pen my desires for love and life lyrically. The record features guest contributions, including keyboards on “Missing” by Bill Jenkins, vocals on “Resist” by Paul Villarreal, vocals on “Poisoning The Well” by Erik Rosvold, and vocals on “Facing The Incurable” and “Missing’ by Luda Arno. New York City-based band, The Rad Trads, share the official music video for their new single “Wishing Well.” MAGNET premiered the video with praise, stating, “But given how the band deftly tackles (alphabetically) Americana, blues, folk, jazz, psych, punk, soul and more, it’s not surprising these guys seem like they can do whatever they put their minds to.” The band just finished up the first leg of their extensive US run, which included select shows with Lake Street Dive, and they’ll kick off the next run of national dates, throughout September and early October, with their On Tap LP release show on Friday, September 14th at Mercury Lounge.
