Zhavia has debuted her deeply personal original song “Candlelight” today. The stunning visual was shot in Newberry Springs Desert outside Los Angeles and directed by Clément Oberto – watch HERE @skopemag.
“I’m so excited to release my first single ‘Candlelight,'” says Zhavia. “This song means so much to me. I’ve had this concept and some of the lyrics for a few years now and it has finally been put into an incredible song. I got to write it with one of my favorite artists, Somo. This song represents one of the hardest times I went through, where I felt I had no hope and for the first time in my life I thought my dreams wouldn’t come true. Over time I realized the one thing I did have control of was the way I saw the world and the things around me. Learning to always be optimistic and always believing there is a way even when you don’t know how, led me to where I am now. Always be a dreamer!”
